These Terms govern your use of the game Era of Conquest ("the Game") provided by Chenyjunny ("we", "us"). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer (except as permitted by law), redistribute, or host the Game as your own.
The Game requires no account. Your progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you clear storage, change devices, or uninstall. We are not responsible for lost local progress.
The Game may offer opt-in rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards. Rewards are granted at our discretion and may vary or be removed. We do not guarantee ad availability, and we are not responsible for third-party ad content or linked external sites. Optional donations, where offered, are made via an external platform (e.g. Ko-fi) under that platform's terms; they grant no in-game benefit and are handled by that platform, not by us.
Do not use cheats, exploits, bots, or modifications to gain unfair advantage or to disrupt the Game or other users; do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose. The Game is a work of fiction; maps, nations, and scenarios are for gameplay and do not represent any political position.
The Game and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Some assets are used under open licenses (CC-BY, CC0, public domain); attributions are provided in the Game's in-game credits (Help).
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the Game or these Terms; material changes will be noted in the Game. We may suspend or discontinue the Game at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

당사는 개인적·비상업적 오락 목적의 게임 플레이를 위한 비독점·양도불가·철회가능 라이선스를 부여합니다. 게임을 복제·재판매·역설계(법이 허용하는 범위 제외)·재배포하거나 자신의 것으로 호스팅할 수 없습니다.
게임은 계정이 필요 없습니다. 진행 상황은 기기에 저장되며 저장소 삭제·기기 변경·삭제 시 소실될 수 있습니다. 당사는 로컬 진행 소실에 책임지지 않습니다.
게임은 보상을 위해 직접 시청하는 옵트인 리워드 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 보상은 당사 재량으로 부여되며 변경·제거될 수 있고, 광고 노출은 보장되지 않습니다. 제3자 광고 콘텐츠·외부 사이트에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다. 선택형 후원은 제공되는 경우 외부 플랫폼(예: Ko-fi)을 통해 해당 사의 약관에 따라 이루어지며, 게임 내 혜택을 부여하지 않고 당사가 아닌 해당 플랫폼이 처리합니다.
부정한 이득이나 게임·타 이용자 방해를 위한 치트·익스플로잇·봇·변조를 사용하지 마세요. 불법 목적에 이용하지 마세요. 게임은 허구이며 지도·국가·시나리오는 게임 진행용으로 어떠한 정치적 입장도 대변하지 않습니다.
게임과 콘텐츠는 당사 또는 라이선서의 소유입니다. 일부 에셋은 공개 라이선스(CC-BY·CC0·퍼블릭도메인)로 사용되며 출처는 게임 내 크레딧(도움말)에 표기됩니다.
게임은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 무중단·무오류·특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 당사는 게임 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수·결과적 손해나 데이터·진행 소실에 책임지지 않습니다. 법상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.
당사는 게임 또는 약관을 변경할 수 있고 중요한 변경은 게임 내에서 안내합니다. 게임을 언제든 중단할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 강행 소비자법이 달리 정하지 않는 한 대한민국 관할 법원에 따릅니다.
